The final piece in Will's triptych dedicated to the Archangels Raphael, Michael, and Gabriel. "Gabriel, from Heaven Descending" features hymn text Adam de Saint-Victor (c.1100-1146) and chant from the Annunciation from the Gospel of Luke. There is also a simple SATB hymn version.
